Fun at the fair

We had a busy week. It was our county fair. Clint was busy being in charge of everything having to do with 4-H. Then he helped the kids show their goat we've had all summer. Then their rabbits. Kamree took 1st and Luke took 2nd in there age group. Kamree won 1st place in her age group at the talent show on Thursday night. Then on Friday she was in the little Miss Beaver pageant and won Miss Photogenic and got princess. All the kids enjoyed the rodeo, fireworks, riding the rides, playing at the little hand on the farm, and the demolition derby. It was a fun weekend.

Lion King

All the Howes girls took our husbands and went to Vegas to see Broadways The Lion King. It was fun to get away with no kids. It also felt good to do something with them that reminds us of our Dad. I just wish Adam could have been with us.

Disneyland Trip

In March we went on a family trip to Disneyland with the whole family. We had the best time. Our first day there we went to the beach. It was our kids first time to the ocean. It was a windy and cold by the time we got there, but that didn't stop Kamree and Luke. Kamree wrote in the sand and collected seashells. Luke kept running up and down the beach in the water. They loved it! Max and Maverick were a little too cold. Maverick kept saying "no ocean".

Then we spent 3 days in Disneyland. Kamree and Luke went on just about everything they were tall enough for. We even took them on the Tower of Terror. Not the best idea. They didn't like that ride too much. We also went on the Grizzly Rapids and Talia didn't want to go cause she was having a good hair day and didn't want to get all wet. But after a lot of begging and pleading she come on it with us. Needless to say Kamree, Luke, and Talia got the most WET! Clint loved Pirates of the Caribbean ride and loved spending time with his family. He really enjoyed watching the family have fun. I got to see Captain EO (Michael Jackson 3-D). I loved the Haunted Mansion and Pirates of the Caribbean to. Kamree was our little dare devil. Her favorite ride was Space Mountain she went on it 5 times. She also liked Splash Mountain. She wanted to go on the California Screamer but wasn't tall enough. She's eatting a lot to help her grow so she can go on it the next time me go. Luke love Daisy's Roller Coaster and Splash Mountain. He went on a lot of the big rides and was such a good sport about it. Max and Maverick tried so hard to stay awake for the firework show, they thought that was pretty neat. They loved walking around and acting so big, and Loved Toontown. We had a blast. The funnest part I think was spending time together as a family and playing. And just wanting our kids enjoy the MAGIC!

Christmas Break

Making gingerbread houses at Grandma Christie's house. Luke LOVED it I never saw him sit and work at something that long. We were done and he was still at the table a half hour later. Now we know what we need to do to keep him out of trouble!

Kamree got to take the star off our 12 ft. tree. It was the best tree we ever has it was BIG and beautiful.

Clint took the kids riding horses. Max ad Maverick helped lead the horse while Luke had a ride.

Fist snowman of the year and then the Kids had a snowball fight with the kids. They loved it!
