Hi I'm Karma a mother of 5.I'm a mother, wife, dance teacher, business owner, cosmetologist, and an realtor. I wear many hats like many other moms and don't feel like I have the time or energy to take care of myself. Cleaning the house is more important than working out. Cooking food for the family,cooking something they'd all enjoy. Running here and there. Grabing food on the go that's qiuck but might not be too healthy. I want to change my way of life and have a healthier life style. My Youngest is almost a year and I want to lose my baby weight and more. I'm recruiting the help of my husband Clint Albrecht RD,MS.
